I’ve been getting a lot of requests to do a video on how to swirl a perfect cupcake with just a spoon…so I’m considering it. The reason I use a spoon is cause it makes the cupcakes look different than all the common swirls you see in every bakery, and also..I use a disposable one so no...

-All cupcakes I make are swirled by hand. I think it makes them more unique cause honestly, every bakery cupcake is done with the same technique :P
-I think the shiny-ness of my frosting has to do a lot with lighting..but maybe the food coloring adds some sheen? not sure, but for those wondering I use a gel food coloring...
